Caldic Hires New Food Scientist for the Nutrition Team in North America
Caldic welcomes John Craven Ph.D. as Principal Scientist, Nutrition and Pharmaceutical.
Supporting the global growth of Caldic branded products, John will lead the scientific research projects and cutting edge product development across our range of Dadex® (Antioxidants) and Daminaides® (Vitamin – Mineral blends).
John holds his Ph.D in Food Sciences and Oils Chemistry from the University of Guelph; has specialties in organic, physical and analytical chemistry and is the leading author of four key scientific published papers. Welcome to the Caldic team John!
